Is there a way to bake in one texture, lightmap and image texture aka base color?

i mean the image texture with light applied

Yes, with the Combined baking mode. Note that any HDRi chosen for preview lighting will not be taken into consideration, just the color or texture placed in the World Shader and the Lights added to the Scene.
