Incorrect "time to work" on calculation log

Athough Due Date is ok, Calculation Log seems to be missing 1 minute from SLA.
Environment: Production
Start: 03/16/2022 Wed 01:00 AM
SLA in minutes: 100
Expected Time to work: 100 (first block)
Actual Time to work: 99 (first block)
