Update from App doesn't work as expected

Describe the bug

Windows Application determines there is an update, runs some scripts, seems running/installing smth, restarts and still shows its update available

Reproduction

1. Run application
   
2. Click Yes
3. Powershell cmdline appears and disappears
4. UserControl dialog runs for doing changes approval , means it determined 11's edition correctly (at least i believe so)
   
5. Some update/installation happened
6. tool automatically relaunches and still old version

After i downloaded 11's msi it runs without ability to update previous, just deleting
