Can this library translate an entire page of HTML, or do strings need to be individually submitted?

Hoping this can replace Google's simple translate widget that they discontinued a while back, but the documentation here seems to indicate that each string has to be individually submitted.

No, it cannot, it's used to translate text snippets only
