Override table info with file

Some tables contain incorrect table info.
Since I don't want to introduce a database the idea is to let the user override the info with a file.
Eg [tablename].info.ini or something similar. If that file is found vpxtool would then use that data to build up it's cache.
It could also be part of the main table ini in a [info] section. Maybe something to discuss with the vpinball team.

Consider this a vote for this feature! Would be super nice to be able to edit the table name.
