Neovim error: stty: stdin isn't a terminal^@

Thanks for this extension.
When I try to open a file from ranger.vim in neovim I get this error:

Error detected while processing function 328:

E492: Not an editor command: stty: stdin isn't a terminal^@

Is there any workaround for it? I wonder why it doesn't happen for you.

It was due to a problem in my terminfo, solved.
