Error arise from the example codes upload

Hi, it seems that there's a bug in the codes of EpiCommute/examples/3_quarantine.ipynb. Often there's an error arose from it.

Could you give some suggestions?

Hi, I have encountered this error before too, but I have unfortunately have not been able to reproduce it reliably. I think it is caused in the core numerical loop when some invalid stated is reached, such as negative individuals in a compartment. Could you post which configuration of parameters you used when the error occurred?

Sorry, i'm in a conference which last for four days. I can't run the cold now. In my impression, the error seems to arise when the number or size of subpopulation is small but the initial seeds number is a little big.
