Disabling badge count not working

Describe the bug
Disabling the badge doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Extension settings
  2. Disable notification count as badge
  3. Count still shows

Expected behavior
No more badge

  • OS: Windows
  • Firefox Version: 100.0.2
  • Extension version: 1.9.6

It still does not work immediately. I have to disable and enable the extension to make it take effect.

But at least it works then. 👍
