Is there any option to redraw component with options?

Can you expound on this request? Do you want to redraw a single element in the roundabout or redraw the entire roundabout?

Responsive option is working well, but sometimes i want to adjust bit more. I'm looking for function to redraw entire roundabout with scale values.
