chore: Update block order on main

I recently discovered that we had two date formatter projects. One lab and one workshop. So I decided to keep the lab since it was a little more involved then the workshop and more open ended.

But this would also be a good time to update the order of the blocks already merged into main.

Here is the complete list so far

We will need to check each project merged in so far and make sure the order matches what is currently on the sheet. then make updates on main if necessary
