feat: consider implementing more CVE info providers

Some CVEs info are incomplete when querying https://cve.circl.lu (free API), some are for instance missing CVSS scores (check CVE-2022-0934). On top of that, getting CVEs from this website to local folder is very slow (check secator install cves command).
We might want to add other CVE sources like:
- nvd.nist.gov [FREE]
- cvedetails [PAID, access with Bearer token]
