Create new logo for Doctor

Doctor is our new microservice for converting documents and audio files from one format to another. It's open source, and I'd love for others to grab it and use it, so it can get better and better. We've had some interest in this from a few corners already, so it's worth "productizing" at least a bit.
At a minimum, that means a logo. My first thought is a PDF icon with a stethoscope. Eh, we can do better.

OK, well, this is happening. I'm going with "ouroboros stethoscope meets PDF."
The ouroboros stethoscope should somehow be suggestive of double arrows pointing in circles like in similar products:
