IIRC this is because the icons.rsc file assumed a NVDI palette. It has long been fixed in my own version:

Not generally, as you can see ;) Maybe meta-information in jpeg files blocking it?

Ah, right, you have your own build (with wiped out history, IIRC).

So you are maintaining that one and the original hypview isn't of interest to you? Is your version at least roughly the same size / feature-rich as this one?

The executable is a bit larger IIRC, but of course all features are there.

The history is "wiped" because i originally developed that as sub-project in udo, and later moved it out again. But since i completely restructured most of libhyp in order to implement hcp, i think it is of not much use anyway.
