Issues with code

Good evening , I recently have changed my phone ,and recently come to iOS , downloading free otp I am not able to use the code.
Firstly the generated code doesn’t last 30 second.
Secondly when I put the code in the fill,the site said that the code is wrong.
I need an help , also how to reset the app.
