How to remove a created connection on iOS iPhone ?

Device: Apple iPhone XS
iOS: 14.3
App: Free OTP (recent version, loaded from iOS App Store)

Hi there,

I have created 2 connections.
How can I remove a created connection? There is no "edit" Option such as on the iPad.
Also a swipe to delete/remove (such as mail app) doesn't work.
Even the deleting to the app (on iPhone) an reinstall from App Store shows again the 2 created connections.

Please show me a solution, thanks.
