Include track number/position in MP3/flac metadata

An artist says:

I just downloaded my EP for testing purposes and there’s a slight problem: The order of tracks is wrong.

The MP3 have no track number tags, so the sequence gets mixed up in my mp3 player.

It’s not the end of the world in this case, but there are albums where the track order is of utter significance, and those would get messed up this way.

So my humble suggestion would be to either allow artists to specify the track order, or at least set the track number tags according to the upload order.

I'm guessing what's happening here is that although we include the track number in the file name, we don't include it in the metadata of the trancoded MP3 and/or FLAC. And some players are not using the file name to sort.
