Allow a fan to sign up to an artists mailing list when purchasing

At some point in the future we'll want artists to be able to contact a fan directly with news etc. We want to collect an explicit opt-in for this type of communication at the time they purchase an album, and it would be better to do that sooner rather than later as we won't be able to retrospectively opt them in.
