Write some Terms of Use

We've had a couple of instances of artists uploading music they may not have the rights to. It's going to be impossible to listen to everything and ensure that we can safely charge money for it, so we should adopt some Terms of Use that offer us some protection against this.

I've spoken to the folks at mirlo and they intend to base their terms on the ones used at Ampled, so I think I'll do something similar.

Eventually we might want to have someone with some legal knowledge look over these. But I'd feel a little better having something.
