Change Logo Size + Color

Current Behavior:

Expected Behavior:

• Change color to bright blue, matching the faucet
  • I think it's an svg, so should be able to change it in the code.
• Decrease the size so the size of "Frequency"
• Slightly close the gap between the title and the start of content
