[Bug] - Access token supplied contains Invalid chars [Demo-Apps/fullcontact_app]

Describe the bug
The moment hitting the submit button, it responds with a notification Access token supplied contains Invalid characters
P.S: I've configured the API Token at http://localhost:10001/custom_configs
, Token created from the Admin page of freshchat.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Configure the API Token at
http://localhost:10001/custom_configs
- Go to Freshchat, navigate to the inbox page.
- Fill in the details and hit submit
- See error via Notificaion.
