Add option to regex ignore certain changes.

I could need an option to exlcude certain things from being regarded as valid change.

For example metadata regarding edit times.

It would be awesome to either to be able to ignore these or always select just the file with the latest edit time?

I am using syncthing as well and this issue is greatly improved by your plugin but maybe with using

we can even fully automate it?

an option to auto delete sync-conflict files when all accepted would be the icing on the cake too :)
