Download Resource Failing without trigger network request OBS/Bible

The resource download fail and showing an error instantly about " resource dir/some project name.zip/metadata.json " can not read
The error and content are same if we try to download other obs / bible resource too which fails.
The download issue is fixed when the zip file of the error mentioned project is removed from the user resource directory.
This Issue happened in 2.3.0 for a team and tested the same at the same time in my system with production version of same , was not
able to re produce the error.
