Adding MMT and its associated instruments to upload spectra

For spectroscopic observations we would like to have the option to upload MMT spectra. Please add this as an option.
Telescope: the 6.5 MMT telescope, Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory (FLWO)
Name of instrument: Binospec (optical spectrograph); MMIRS (NIR spectrograph)
This is related to issue #405 and #413 - we are actively collecting data with all these resources, we would like to be able to share this data with the collaboration.
