Improve hell threads handling and fix mute

Please improve notifications to not include notifications from "hell threads". In case you're not aware a hell thread is a thread that goes more or less forever and has extremely long nested conversation. Some clients, like Yana, show a notification for every reaction / reply in a thread you where mentioned in. If you are in a hell thread you will then get spammed with notifications forever.

Solution I'd like is you just show reaction or reply to my posts directly - So I.E take this small thread example:

A <- my note
-- B
---- C
-- D

You should show a notification for B and D, but not C. This will then keep notifications manageable, even if conversation in the thread continues forever.

On a related note, I also can't mute people from Yana. Or at least notifications from them are still displayed. This with hell thread notifications is a really toxic combination...
