Hardware v0.2 470R resistors split into two lines in BOM?

R1, R2, R6 and R7 appear to be the same part, but they appear in the BOM as two separate lines:

Also C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C9 and C13? :

Is this correct? Thanks!

The resistors are all 0805 470R (just different solder pads, look for "HandSolder"). The capacitors are two different types: 100nF and 10uF (and the 100nF on two different pads)
