Need to press Enter twice to create line break in blockquote

Expected behavior.

Pressing Enter+Shift at the end of a blockquote line should create a line break

Actual behavior.

You need to press Enter+Shift twice to create that line break

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Using this example

1. Put the cursor behind "test"
2. Press Enter+Shift (nothing happens)
3. Press Enter+Shift again (line break is created)
