Timer rotate control to auto save as Draft in Local storage

Is there any Timer rotate control to auto save the content as draft in Local storage. It should save the content automatically after a specified time interval. Then if we click that timer control then saved contents should show up in the pop up with timestamp up to last 5 saved content. If we select a particular item it should show in the editor. It should also have a option to clear the all contents.

Please Let me know this feature is available or not. If available then give sample code to how to implement.
