Obsolete Reference in Preamble

There are at least two versions of Regeln zur Sicherung guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis am KIT published after 17.5.2010, dated 9.7.2010 and 27.11.2014 [1]. The second one is the official version [2].
In fact the frequently cited version dated 17.5.2010 does not seem to exist [3].
