Remove old debug code copied from fsharpx

I'd suggest removing everything everything from https://github.com/forki/FSharp.Management/blob/master/src/FSharp.Management/TypeProviders.Helper.fs#L101 down, as it's a very old version of https://github.com/mavnn/FSharp.TypeProviders.StarterPack/blob/master/src/Debug.fs copied over from fsharpx that's not being used
