What should be linked - github repo or associated github pages website?

I'm kinda leaning into linking to github pages (when available), but this should probably be discussed (and then unified in the list).

I would also link to the github pages ... most of the time they contain richer information than the github readme's.

I am for github pages, but I don't think it should be mandatory.
I think contributor should choose link he thinks more informative.

I replaced all links to github to make it possible to update metadata with the script.
