Multisector RNA seq

It appeared to me that for 4 GLSS-SM cases we have 2 RNA seq data available (see screenshot below).

Once the metadata is uploaded to the GLASS-database a double-check is needed to make sure that the RNA aliquots match DNA aliquots.

Closing as all DNA and RNA has been fingerprinted to ensure that the aliquots come from the same patient and sample. I suspect that for mult-region samples this may be less accurate due to the similarity in DNA/RNA sequence between regions, but the noted samples all passed fingerprinting and should be good for downstream analysis.
