HeXen II - .effects field differences

Certain effects appear different in FTEQW than they do in HeXen II.
Here's a map with an array of golem models that get their .effects field refreshed every 4 seconds (so you can have a chance to see EF_MUZZLEFLASH fade etc.)
Tested in both 1.11 and Hammer of Thyrion (they look identical there as well)
