Can see it in the very first platform of Quake E1M1 and when you start a new game in Arcane Dimensions. Look down at the platform and it jitters quite noticeably This does not happen on the SVN 6202 build from the old FTE site. I've tried with/without vsync, at 72hz and other rates, the various render backends. I've also tried the latest build from the repo, and the binaries on https://www.fteqw.org, and just can't seem to escape the distracting jitter of an otherwise excellent experience

Edit: Actually Arcane Dimensions on the platform when you start new game does exhibit some jitter in the SVN 6202 build, though less. E1M1 does not seem to jitter at all with that build.

Confirmed, platforms and player movement are buttery smooth in GLQuake and Quakespasm-Spiked but even with sv_nqplayerphysics 1 and cl_nopred 1 the platforms are very jittery in FTEQW.
