select not working on android mobile (Chrome , Firefox)

Hi,

I create a demo to show my issue if I use any browser(i.e., Chrome, Firefox) on Android cant open option layer, but on IOS it will be the success.

if I add the class name needsclick, it will be correct, but I have no idea why IOS default can click?
