FPlanToTPlan errors

I had to disable a few tests (indicated in a commit coming soon) as they led to scala.NotImplementedError: an implementation is missing during FPlanToTPlan.

E.g. the query Random: 2-part query featuring WITH from RandomCompilationTest:
