(Classes) Theme Introduction - Configuration info_file_type unused

After some conversation with Harro (@WanWiward) in Fuel-forums, it turns out, that info_file_type in theme configuration file seems to be useless.
The docs entry about info_file_type can be removed and an additional text about file supported file extensions for info_file_name should be available
