Old TC build script ran the following steps:

./build.ps1
nuget installer: bld/Fugro.OpenCV.sln
VS2017 build: bld/Fugro.OpenCV.sln
nuget.exe install NUnit.Console -version 3.7.0 -o packages
nunit test bld\Release\Fugro.OpenCV.Test.dll
nuget pack bld\Fugro.OpenCV.nuspec
