meta description (not og:description) and meta keyword

Would it be possible to have functions like setDescription(string) and setKeyWords(Array<string>) (just like setTitlte does) for dynamic content pages ?
This would be complete for SEO and Social sharings, this plugin seems to work fine ;-)

Best option would be a setName function that would insert a :
<meta name="..." content="...">

Would be usefull for twitter cards and SEO.
For pages with dynamic data.
