How to install this in docker

I'm trying to setup hydrus on my server and the docker-compose file mentions this github project:
https://github.com/funmaker/hybooru build it yourself
can I just add this instead of suika/hybooru:latest?
or do I have to take some additional steps?

As far as I understand, that docker-compose file is only an example and suika/hybooru:latest is supposed to be a container you've build yourself. I can't really help you further as I do not know much about docker. But if you have questions about the docker-compose provided by Hydrus, you should submit it there.
I'm closing this as this is not an issue related to Hybooru.
