Renew a contract

As a commercial,
I want to renew a contract
So the tech know they can continue to work for a customer.

Requirements / comments:

• renewing must allow to renew an identical contract or to change the dates and the contractual hours
• the old tickets must be attached to the new contract, but already spent time must still be attached to the old contract
