modify How it Works
fix and make dead links in workshop
create term request to be under "Get involved"

@nsewnath here is what I added, but am unsure how to make it work:

term_request to be under "Get Involved"
rshiny to be under "Resources"
rfutres to be under "Resources"
intro_to_futres youtube video under "About"

Notes: Do we get rid of biosketches in workshop tabs?
Added workshop info, not sure where to put that info
What's the link to request a term?
What's the home url and url for intro video?
What should be on the contact information page?
Are the rfutres and rshiny links just the github pages? That's what I'm assuming, but I think we mentioned the RShiny app is going to be hosted somewhere
Should we include the twitter link in the contact information page or keep it as a tab?

Changes are on the branch called "dev", I didn't realize there was already a "develop" branch so after we are happy with the changes and we merge the updates into master we should remove this new dev branch or we could rename it now
