Describe the bug

Lip will panic when reading an invalid tooth.json.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a tooth file with a misformed tooth.json file name xxx.tth
  2. Run lip install xxx.tth

Expected behavior

Report an error.
