Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some packages may have PATH-based external runtime environment dependencies, for example, some Java programs depend on different versions of java, and these dependencies can be very troublesome to manage manually.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provides anaconda-like environment management capabilities, allowing some of the installed packages to run independently in the virtual environment and not affecting other virtual environments
