I want to know the scope of browser's support.
does safari, including IE browser, also?
I am also curious about compatibility with other languages.

Thank you for this question.
Cheetah Grid works on Chrome, FireFox, Edge (Chromium), Safari and IE11.
It works on IE11 except for some features. It works on Safari, but older versions of Safari may not work.

Can only be implemented with javascript and vue.js?
I'm also curious about the compatibility with other languages.

It provides a way to use a JavaScript instance directly and a way to use it with a Vue component.
If you use it from JavaScript, you may be able to use it from other frameworks. I'm not familiar with it, but it seems that some users have used it with Svelte.
