Is there any documentation available how this NPM package can be used to get/sent data to toon ?
link to api documentation is not working "The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server."

Not yet. During development the Toon API was still unstable in beta. I couldn't really test my work because the API only worked with fake and incomplete data. Very little worked as documented.
