Duplicate tokens when added to combat

Description
Add duplicate tokens to the tracker when you add an actor with speed > 1 to an already started combat. Right now it only duplicates combatants at the start of combat.
Suggested solution
It could be automatic if the duplicate actor setting is checked, or it could have a separate setting (or sub-setting). I would prefer the first.
