When setting the following:
DesktopConfiguration per-monitor
This applies to all monitors.
It would be nice if a DesktopConfiguration could allow for specific monitors to apply to, as in:
DesktopConfiguration per-monitor HDMI-1, DP-2
DesktopConfiguration global DP-1
