Describe the new feature

For users to have a workable example of transparency colorset, add this in the default Fvwm config, in 3: Colorsets section.

ColorSet 15 RootTransparent Buffer, Tint #4a516a 50, fg white, bg black

Again, for the same reason as #867 -- you can already change this yourself, if desired.
