Add a simple way to display translation history

Currently there is no usable way to see translation history via Traducir. I need to log in into Transifex to check it, but even in Transifex the real username is hidden over Traducir.win client. So for the purpose of finding a user who is responsible for the current translation I need to check every page like https://ru.traducir.win/suggestions/{user_id}, where {user_id}s are ids of users on this traducir.win domain.

This is def a nice to have :) in the meantime, you can query the production database directly :)
