CPU load 100% after certain time

Hi folks

I am running a RasPi 3b+ with Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) and Gateway daemon - 20190402 - DEBUG.
After several hours (> 4, allmost in the night) the process is on 100% load, cpu temperature increase above 60°C.
Any idea?

My current workaround: A bash script which checks every 10 minutes the load and when > 50% it restart the process ...

Seems to be a bug while network is missing what I read from logfile.

Allways when ISP disconnect for renewing IP during night
